That buffed up NPC you normally have to fight at the end of some quests may have been upgraded to a miniboss. Some of your allies from quests may turn into giant wolf and kill a cave full of goblins. The other interesting part is that instead of adding werewolves as creatures to certain spawn points when the moon is full, the mod gives the curse to different NPCs and also randomly distributed to leveled humanoid enemies. It takes a more classic approach to werewolves, being actual people who turn into wolves instead of the modern wolf/humanoid hybrids. Curse of Hircine is regarded as the only werewolf mod worth using, but this little gem here, slightly buggy and unpolished it may be, I've found to be more fun at least.
